At this time the majority of the effort to define the extent of various covered activities had already occurred. This work was performed by Neuvert GIS Services, LLC. ICF was tasked with advancing the covered activity layers in two areas:</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>Standardize the covered activity layer so that it was consistent with a covered activity table that had been developed outside the GIS environment. Because the two datasets were developed somewhat independently the acreages and attribute fields between the two did not match. ICF worked with Petrea Marchand, Marcus Neuvert, Ellen Berryman, and Heidi Tschudin to perform the standardization.</SPAN></P><OL STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;padding:0 0 0 0;"><LI><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Make changes to the polygons represented in the covered activity layer through adding, deleting and adjusting boundaries and attribute fields.
