Valley Floor areas of Yolo County are areas of the County within the Yolo, Solano, and Colusa Subbasins, which are all are subject the requirements of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). Upland areas are areas outside of any groundwater subbasin and are not subject to SGMA.
